Project Management
The projects will be evaluated by our Custom Manufacturing Evaluation Team when getting a proposal or inquiry from customers. Project manager will be assigned if the project was approved to be EHS friendly, Patent free/authorized, Technical and facility compatible. The project manager coordinated all activities associated with the project, worked in conjunction with the Sales and Business Development Manager to liaise with development scientists, key raw material procurement, manufacturing, quality and regulatory specialists at TIANMA GROUP to provide a detailed proposal specifically tailored to the customers' requirements. Qualified products from kilo to tons according to your demand will be delivered to your hand in time! We will do whatever it takes to satisfy your outsourcing needs. |
